| Lili & Rich Marsh in Cozumel March 2009 |
On May 20th, our friend, Rich Marsh, suffered a massive stroke that left him paralyzed and fighting for his life at Queen of the Valley Hospital. Since then, Rich has been making steady progress while in rehabilitation where he has re-gained the movement of his limbs and has learned to speak and walk again. Many people in the Napa Community have more than likely come across Rich Marsh over the past twenty plus years. He has served on the Napa Police Force for 13 years, and then moved on to becoming a teacher for the Napa ROP program at Napa High School. Rich is also a Napa rescue scuba diver, and an accomplished Napa artist. His passion and selfless giving to the Napa community is evident by his actions, and now it’s time for the Napa community to give back to Rich. Join us as we come together to celebrate Rich’s continuing fight to recover from a debilitating stroke at the “Passion for Life” auction – A Rich Marsh benefit.
